Experience

Cibar has more than 40 years of experience in working with financial service organizations in the areas of design, consulting, and development of application software. With an average employee tenure of 15 years Cibar has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of banking and technology; and is the de-facto leader in trade finance automation with over 500 man-years of experience. Cibar's founders and many of our system professionals have extensive backgrounds in the aerospace industry, where they gained valuable technical management and implementation experience on our country's space and missile programs. Our system professionals also have years of experience in operating systems, structured design methodologies, communications, hardware systems, compilers, languages, database management systems and application development. They came with high standards for technical excellence, advanced technology and practical innovation. These standards are institutionalized at Cibar.
